1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used or opened
3. Return Process
3.1 How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [customer service email] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
3.2 Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
